Tuition Assistance

We provide tuition assistance for scholars to attend one of our partnering high schools — all of which have a proven record of academic excellence.

College and Career Readiness

Through hands-on, pre-college programs and career readiness workshops, scholars are exposed to multiple fields of study and diverse career options.

Personal and Social Wellness

Our programming supports “the whole child” by nurturing each scholar's unique talents and individualized perspectives, while fostering a love of service to their community.

Academic Achievement

At Crossroads, we hold high academic expectations and want each of our scholars to graduate from our program having gained new and relevant skills that will allow them to advance to college and pursue a fruitful career.
