College Coaching
BE THEIR BIGGEST BOOSTER
As a College Coach, you'll offer guidance and act as cheerleaders for Crossroads scholars throughout the college application process. By serving as a coach, you'll help improve the odds of our college-bound seniors finding a post-secondary institution that best meets their needs.
In the fall, scholars are paired with volunteer coaches and start the process of identifying potential colleges, completing college applications, drafting essays & resumes, and researching scholarships and financial aid options.
This critical one-to-one assistance also allows scholars to establish positive, supportive relationships with adult mentors who are equally invested in their admission into college and degree completion.
