Meet our staff with our Staff Spotlight!

Sister Sandy Kiefer has been with Crossroads since its inception and has acted as a pillar for what Crossroads believes in. She is the academic advisor here, but she is so much more, too! There is a clear passion in everything she does, whether it be working with families to get them quality education or trimming back the hordes of mint that grows in her garden. Everything she does is with a purpose.

After returning from a mission’s trip, a former high school classmate reached out to Sister Sandy to introduce her to the newly made Crossroads. From that point on, she worked with Crossroads Foundation to provide decades of energy and change to the Pittsburgh area.

She is one of the hardest working people you will ever have the pleasure of meeting. Her humor is infectious, and there is never a dull moment with her. If there is a face to Crossroads, you can be sure it’s Sister Sandy. Thank you for everything you have done for this organization and for Pittsburgh!
