Meet our staff with our Staff Spotlight!

Here is a face you may see often in schools. Justin Pacini is the head counselor with Crossroads and works with scholars to get them the support they deserve. If he isn’t doing work, you’ll likely find him sharing a laugh with students, brewing a cup of coffee, or walking his dog, Rudy.

Coming from a family where his dad was not always afforded equal opportunities, he has a strong drive to fulfill Crossroad’s mission statement. That drive is apparent in everything he does, from dedicating time to talk with students, to collaborating with Crossroads staff to create programs that are best suited to scholars and their needs.

The idea that work is a drag is broken every day by Justin. He arrives at the schools and to the office with a smile on his face, and always a new story to tell. There is never a dull moment with him, because he has truly made it his goal to uplift everyone he knows and works with. We wouldn’t have half the laughs we do without him!
